Near Miss Reports
Everyone strives to be safe at work, but occasionally things “almost” happen that could have terrible consequences. We want to learn from these incidents. If you witness anything that could be classified as a “Near Miss”, please contact the Local 1883 IAFF Safety Committee Chairperson or your shift steward. Our goal is to prevent future incidents, not to assign fault.
